| 摘 要： | 运用资料法、问卷调法,访谈等对福建省部分高校篮球教练员的现状进行了较为全面的调查分析,研究表明：教练员年龄、学历、职称,选才标准有待于进一步完善和提高,为福建省高校篮球教练员的发展提供了理论依据,且对福建省高校篮球运动的蓬勃发展具有一定的意义.

| Abstract: | This paper makes the comprehensive investigation and anaylsis of the present situation of the basketball coaches in part of colleges and universities in Fujian Province based on the data information, investigation questionnaire ,interview and so on. The result indicates that the recruitment criteria of basketball coaches need further improvement in terms of the age, education, and professional title. Thus, this research provides theoretical basis for the professional development of basketball coaches, which is of certain significance to the basketball sport development in colleges and universities of Fuiian Prnvince. |
