天然产物来源的黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制剂研究进展

摘    要:高尿酸血症及痛风是当今社会的常见病、多发病,至今无法根治.尽管临床常用的降尿酸药物,如别嘌呤醇疗效确切,但副作用大,使其应用受到明显限制,故寻找新的安全、高效的降尿酸活性物质一直是研究热点之一;黄嘌呤氧化酶(xanthine oxidase,XOD)是介导尿酸生成的重要酶;旨在对天然产物提取物、活性部位和单体成分抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶活性的研究成果进行综述.

Abstract:Hyperuricemia and gout are common and frequently-occuring diseases and can not be cured currently.Although frequently-used clinical hypouricemic medicine, allopurinol, has notably curing effect, its side- effect is serious, and its application is obviously restricted. As a result, it has been a hot point to search for hypouricemic medicines with high activity and low toxicity.Xanthine Odidase is an important enzyme to catalyze the production of uric acid.This paper aims to review the research achievement for the extraction of natural products and the inhibition of Xanthine Oxidase activity by active site and monomer components.
