晋城市大气环境质量模糊评价

摘    要:选择合理的模型并充分利用有限的监测信息,客观地反映大气环境质量状况,辨识大气环境的主要问题是环境质量评价的重要研究内容。基于模糊数学基本理论,将模糊数学模型应用于大气环境质量评价中,通过确定模糊隶属函数、模糊权重集、模糊关系矩阵,得到模糊综合评价子集,根据模糊综合评价子集判别晋城市大气环境质量对各级标准的所属性质。评价结果表明该方法与大气质量实际状况相一致,且较综合指数法可更好地反映大气环境质量的优劣。

Abstract:It is an important research content of environmental quality evaluation to select a reasonable model and make full use of limited information from monitors so as to reflect the atmosphere environment quality objectively and identify the main issues of the atmosphere environment .This paper, base on the basic theory of fuzzy math, applies the fuzzy math model into the evaluation on the atmosphere environmental quality, and by identifying fuzzy membership function, weight sets and fuzzy relationship matrix, obtains the subset of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and according to the subset, determines the atmospheric environmental quality of Jincheng City at all levels. The evaluation results indicate that the method is consistent with the actual situation of atmosphere environmental quality and is advantageous over the comprehensive index in reflecting the quality of the atmospheric environment.
