摘    要:选用PETN炸药为主体炸药、室温硫化甲基硅橡胶为粘接剂,研制出了一种挠性混合炸药。该混合炸药具有临界直径小,直径效应弱等特点,适用于小直径装药技术(如爆炸逻辑网络技术的装药)。介绍了具体的混药工艺、原理,分析了影响工艺的主要因素,实际测定了该混合挠性炸药在基板方形沟槽中爆轰传播的临界截面积和直径效应(D~1/S)。

Abstract:A flexible explosive is developed in the present paper using explosive PETN as the base explosive and methyl silicone rubber as a bonder, which is cured at room temperature. The flexible explosive is appropriate for use in fine calibred charges because of its small critical diameter and weak diameter effect. Processes in its development, including the technique and principle of explosive mixing, are described. Chief factors affecting the mixing technique are analyzed. The critical cross section or critical diameter and diameter effect, i.e., D - 1/S, of the detonation propagation in a square channel of the flexible explosive have been experimentally measured.
