铝电解槽槽帮结壳形状的计算机模拟

摘    要:建立了计算铝电解槽槽帮结壳形状的物理模型和数学模型。通过将铝电解槽传热的二维问题转化为一维问题,对工业铝电解槽进行了模拟计算,研究了设计规整的铝电解槽槽帮结壳形状的基本方案。研究结果表明:影响铝电解槽槽帮结壳形状的主要因素是电解质温度和槽内衬热阻。因此,严格控制铝电解槽中电解质温度和减少槽内衬的热阻,对于获得良好的铝电解槽槽帮结壳至关重要。

Abstract:Physical and mathematical models were developed to simulate the shape ofledge in aluminium electrolysis cell. The simulation was carried out throughtransforming the two--dimensional model of cell's heat transfer into one--dimen-sional, and further a design concept is discussd for regular ledge shape. Theresults indicate that the key factors influencing the electrolysis cell ledge arethe electrolyte temperature and thermal resistance of cell lining. Therefore,itis of importance to control strictly the electrolyte temperature in aluminiumelectrolysis cell and lower the thermal resistanco of cell lining for purpose ofobtaining an ideal ledge shape.
