| Abstract: | The quantum interference effect and diffraction effect have been widely applied in modern technology.In this paper the two slit diffraction and multiple slit diffraction of a single electron are taken for example,Feynman's path integral theory is used to analyse quantitatively the electron diffraction state.This method is brief and clear. |
