摘    要:近红外激发的付里叶变换喇曼光谱是近年来发展起来的一项新技术,它吸引了人们对其应用研究的兴趣.本文将该技术与表面增强技术相结合形成的付里叶变换表面增强喇曼散射(NIRSERS)技术应用于高荧光量子产额分子的喇曼研究中,获得了其高质量的NIRSERS谱.本文的目的是淬灭荧光,进一步提高喇曼灵敏度,获得研究具有强荧光干扰的生物药物分子的SERS方法

Abstract:The development of near infrared(NIR) Fourier transform(FT) Raman spectrometers in recent years has attracted the interest of researchers in applied Science.This technique combining with surface enhanced Raman Scattering(SERS) forms near infrared FT surface enhanced Raman spectra technique(NIR SERS).In this paper,high quality Raman spectra of fluorescent molecules is obtained using NIR SERS technique.The purpose of this paper is to quench fluorescent,improve Raman sensitivity and achieve effective SERS method to detect high fluorescent biological and medical molecules.
