| Abstract: | The E-singular values of rectangular tensors are introduced, the properties of E-eigenvalues of real symmetric square tensors are generalized to the E-singular values of real partially symmetric rectangular tensors, and the orthogonal similarity of rectangular tensors is investigated. |
