基于虚拟样机的磁浮列车转向机构动力学仿真

摘    要:研究了CMS-03型中低速磁浮列车转向机构的动力学问题。首先在理论上分析了转向机构的作用和列车速度对钢缆拉力的影响,证明了钢缆拉力总是约等于钢缆预拉力。然后将虚拟样机技术应用于转向机构的动力学仿真,得到了与理论分析相同的仿真结果,并通过实验结果验证了仿真结果的可信性。研究结论为转向机构的设计和改进提供了可靠的参考依据。

Abstract:The dynamics problems for the yawing mechanism of the CMS-03 mid-low speed maglev train are were studied. Firstly,theThe function of the yawing mechanism and the influence of the train velocity on the wire rope pulling force were studied theoretically and the wire rope pulling force was proved to be always approximately equal to the advance pulling force. Then the virtual prototype technique was applied to the dynamics simulation of the yawing mechanism,and the simulation result is the same as the theoretic conclusion. The experiment result proves that the simulation result is credible. The conclusion provides reliable references for the design and improvement of the yawing mechanism.
