油田采出水絮凝菌的筛选及絮凝性研究

摘    要:通过多次采样,反复分离,从油田采出水和回注污水中分离得到16株产絮凝剂菌株,经复筛,得到1株具有较高絮凝活性的细菌。细菌生长过程均可产生具有絮凝作用的胞外分泌物,经实验对油田采出水具有高絮凝作用。分别研究了碳源、氮源、无机盐、初始pH值、培养温度等对其产生絮凝剂的影响。结果表明,葡萄糖、玉米淀粉是较好的碳源,蛋白胨为最佳氮源,最适宜培养温度为320C,初始pH为7.5~9,摇床转速为150 r/m in。

Abstract:Sixteen bacterial strains which can produce flocculants were screened from oil field produced water and injection waste water, after repetitious sampling and separating.One strain with higher flocculating activity was obtained by secondary filtration.During the growth process,the bacteria can bring extracellular secretion with flocculating activity on oil field produced water tested by experiments.The effect on flocculant production by carbon source,nitrogen source,inorganic salt,initial PH and culture temperature was investigated respectively.The results indicate that glucose and corn starch are preferable carbon sources,proteose peptone is the best nitrogen source,and the optimum culture temperature is 32?C with initial pH 7.5~9 and rotate speed 150 r/min of rocking device.
