小麦F1和F2代抗白粉病性的配合力遗传力及相关分析

摘    要:用8个抗白粉病性不同的春小麦品种进行不完全双列杂交,对亲本及杂交后代的抗白粉病性进行了遗传分析,结果F1和F2代抗白粉病性一般配合力和特殊配合力方差及MSg.c.a/MSs.c.a均达显著或极显著水平,抗白粉病性加性效应为主。

Abstract:In this paper half diallel cross was carried out with eight resistance and susceptable varieties of spring wheat to powdery mildew.Through the genetic analyses to powdery mildew resistance with parents and their cross progeny.The result showed that variance of the general combining ability and specific combining ability of powdery mildew resistance and the ratio of G.C.A/S.C.A mean square in F 1 and F 2 generation was up to the highly significant level.The resistance to powdery mildew has mainly additive effect.The broad sense heritability and narrow sense heritability of powdery mildew resistance were 77.05% and 65.85% respectively.The selection of disease resistance was better in early generation,The mild parent value of both parents has highly significant positive correlation with the phenotype value of F 1 and F 2 generation and general effect of general combining ability.The performance of F 1 and F 2 could be forecasted by the use of min parent value.Xinchun No.4 was the better parent of powdery mildew resistance with hing product,while Xinchun No.5 was better parent of powdery mildew resistance with good quality among eight parents.Xinchun No.4*Xinchun No.5 were the best combining at the resistance to powdery mildew among sixteen crossing combinations.
