| 摘 要： | 图书馆职业精神可归结为八个字:爱国、爱馆、爱书、爱人。它包括甘为人梯、无私奉献、为文化知识传播和交流服务的职业理想,以服务读者为荣的职业态度,学习新知识、掌握新技能的学习意识以及综合的职业素质。在期刊阅览工作中要大力弘扬图书馆职业精神,以积极的态度主动服务,以微笑服务赢得读者的尊重和信赖,以现代化技术深化知识服务,只有这样,才能有效提高期刊阅览工作质量。
