| 摘 要： | 目的：分析总结常压下颅骨钻孔冲洗引流术治疗外伤性慢性硬膜下血肿的治疗经验。方法：统计本院十年来外伤性慢性硬膜下血肿患者的数量、发病率及病因分析和治疗效果。结果：1996年9月至2006年9月共收治外伤性慢性硬膜下血肿256例,均经常压下颅骨钻孔冲洗引流术治愈。结论：外伤性慢性硬膜下血肿应首选常压下颅骨钻孔冲洗引流术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the treatment experience of BHID treating traumatic slow subdural hematoma in usual atmospheric pressure.Methods: Calculating the disease rate of traumatic slow subdaral hamatoma and the cause analysis and treatment effect in ten years in our hospital.Results: From 1996 to 2006,256 cases of slow subdueral hematona were treated in usual atmospheric pressure by using BHID.Conclusion: BHID should be the first way to treat traumatic slow subdural hematoma in usual atmospheric pressure. |
