近57年来新疆哈密耕地变化及驱动力分析

通过1949~2005年的统计资料,研究了近57a来哈密地区耕地的时空动态变化情况及其影响因子,并对其关系做了定量分析。结果显示:57a来哈密地区耕地面积总体呈上升趋势,其中1949年到1960年耕地面积急速增长,1961年至今耕地面积变化处于波动状态。哈密耕地变化的主要影响因子有社会经济因素、人口因素以及农业生产条件等。面对目前人均耕地面积急速下降的问题,应该采取法律、行政、经济、技术等手段,保护优质土地,高效利用土地,达到保护耕地的最终目标。

Study on the Change of Cultivated Land and the Driving Factors in Hami in the past 57 Years

This paper studies the dynamic change of cultivated land and its driving factors in Hami area during the past 57 years,then gives us a calculated analysis of their correlation.The results shows that the dynamic change of cultivated land presents a collectivity rise,with the area of cultivated land increase hastily from 1949 to 1960,and it is at the fluctuation status from 1960 to the present time.The main factors which influenced the cultivated land include that social economy,population and effective irrigable area and so on.In the face of the problem of reducing of the cultivated land per capita,we suggest that we should protect the quality cultivated land,utilize land efficiently through the ways like law,administration,economy,technique and so on.
