解放战争时期中国共产党的农业政策

解放战争时期,中国共产党制定并实施了包括"耕者有其田"的农地政策、合理负担的农税政策、合理过渡的农业租佃政策等在内的一系列农业政策,调动了农民阶级生产的积极性和拥护革命战争的积极性,为解放战争的胜利奠定了坚实的经济基础、政治基础和社会基础。

The Agriculture Policy of the CPC during the War of Liberation

During the period of the war of liberation,the CPC formulated and implemented a series of agriculture policy,including the agricultural land policy of "land to the tiller",the agricultural tax policy with the nature of rational burden and the agricultural tenancy policy with the nature of reasonable transition.By the implementation of the agriculture policy,the CPC successfully aroused the enthusiasm of the peasant class of producing and supporting the revolutionary war,laid a solid economic foundation,political foundation and social foundation for the last succession of the war between the CPC and the KMT.
