摘    要:以高速高精度数控车床为研究对象,建立了包括摩擦非线性因素的进给伺服系统综合数学模型.研究了非线性摩擦对其动态特性的影响,并采用遗传算法对模型参数进行了优化,有效地避免了采用线性优化方法时易出现的局部极小的问题,消除了因非线性摩擦而产生的“削顶”、“死区”和“突变”等不良现象.通过优化结果验证表明,系统的跟踪精度得到了较大的提高,有很好的工程实用价值.

Abstract:The high-speed and high-precision numerical control (NC) lathe was investig ated and the synthesized mathematics model with nonlinear friction of feed servo system was established. The influence of nonlinear friction on its dynamic char acteristics was studied and the parameters of model was optimized using the gen etic algorithms. The method avoid effectively local minimum problem occurring in the linear identification method and remove bad ph enomena such as chopped top, dead zone and mutation, etc. The optimal results show that the tra ce precision was improved, and the method has high engineering values.
