F-8020型离子膜的劣化及其废弃膜的再生

摘    要:研究了Ca2+,Mg2+,Fe3+,SO2-4,SiO2-3及I-等杂质离子对F-8020型离子膜制碱过程的影响,探讨了离子膜污染产生机理;用盐酸对F-8020型工业污染膜进行了再生,采用EDAX,SEM及电解性能测试等手段对新旧膜及再生膜性能进行了表征.结果表明:氯碱工业废弃的F-8020型污染膜经再生后膜表面上的Al,Si,Fe,Ti及I等元素形成的污染物能有效去除,电解性能明显改善,再生后离子膜用于盐水电解过程的电流效率达到93%以上,槽压在3.20V以下,能够满足离子膜法制碱工艺的要求和其他用途.

Abstract:The effects of the impurities of Ca2+,Mg2+,Fe3+,SO2-4,SiO2-3 and I-on the alklali preparation with ion-exchange membrane were investigagated,and the mechanism of membrane fouling was discussed.The deteriorated ion-exchange membrane of F-8020 was regenerated with HCl.The deteriorated,regenerated and new ion-exchange membrane of F-8020 were characterized by EDAX,SEM and electrolysis simulation.The results indicated that the contaminants of Al,Si,Fe,Ti and I on the surfaces of the deteriorated membrane from ch...
