类风湿性关节炎的蒙西医结合临床护理体会

类风湿关节炎（RA）是一种炎症性、进行性、对称性和破坏性自身免疫性疾病，病因不甚明确，病情复杂，缠绵难愈，蒙医学对类风湿性关节炎很早就有明确认识，称其为“图来”病，而且对RA病具有蒙古族传统特色的治疗方法和有临床护理经验．我科采用蒙西医结合的护理方法，在辩病的基础上进行具体辨证，具体病人具体护理，同病异护或异病同护，注意局部护理与整体相结合，在西医的专科专病护理基础上，结合蒙医辩证分型，给予不同的护理手段，对控制和治疗此类疾病效果明显提高．

Experience of clinical Nursing for Rheumanoid Arthritis with Integrated Mongolian-Western Therapy

Rheumanoid arthritis (RA)is an inflammatory, progressive, symmetric and destructive autoimmune disease and its etiological factors aren' t clear. The knowledge of Mongolian medicine on RA is very wide and the treatment method for RA is also special. All patients in our department were cured according to syndrome differentiation,for example,different nursing for same disorder or same nursing for different disorder. In this way the curative effect of RA is very obvious.
