| 摘 要： | 检察机关的初查制度，在我国查处贪污贿赂案件工作中发近了积极的作用，但初查制度的设立缺乏法律上的依据，同时，初查制度也没有健全的规范体系。必须修订刑事诉讼法，对检察机关规定的初查制度进行立法确认和完善。

| Abstract: | The first investigation system regulated by China's Prosecutorial Organizations, plays an active role in
investigating law case about embezzlement and bribe. But setting up the first investigation system lacks basis in the
law. Meantime, the first investigation system lacks perfect regulation systems. So, we must amend criminal law to
validate and perfect the first investigation system. |
