机床位置模糊调节的实验研究

摘    要:提出在CNC系统中采用模糊控制替代PID控制,用模糊调节改变位置系统增益,以减少跟随误差、加快系统响应速度和提高抗扰动能力。采用主从CPU结构实现位置调节,并对伺服电机进行控制实验。

Abstract:A fuzzy controller is adopted instead of the PID controller in CNC system. By changing the position gain, it can reduce the position error and improve the response speed and the interference free ability. A master slave system is used in the fuzzy controller. Adopting the above methods, experiments carried out on AC servo show that the system has very high tracking accuracy and good stationary characteristic.
