| 摘 要： | 在执行消防任务的过程中,指挥员不可避免地要面临较为复杂且不确定的决策环境,如何在保持自身判断及偏好一致的前提下进行科学决策,直接关系着消防任务执行的效果甚至成败。军事运筹学作为一种科学的决策辅助和参谋工具在科学制定消防方案中具有非常显著的作用和优异的应用前景。

As an aid tool of scientific decision , Military Operation Research has very significant effect in firing plan making, and it will has more brilliant application in future. |
