| 摘 要： | 本文通过对吉林市老工业基地知识分子参加体育锻炼现存问题的调查,分析影响其参加体育活动的主要因素。提出了向知识要效益的体育意识物化理念。倡导通过体育功能教育,使健康观转化为体育意识,通过体育技能教育最终使体育意识物化为体育行动。

| Abstract: | By investigating the problems existing in intellectuals'physical activity in old industrial base of Jilin city,we analyze its main influential factors and put forward the P.E.ideas that benefit stem from knowledge.We advocate that health concept is transformed into P.E.idea by P.E.functions education and P.E.idea is transformed into P.E.behaviors by P.E.skills education. |
