红军长征时期中共对日决策及声明的历史地位

1934年10月~1936年10月,中共领导的红军陆续进行了长征。然而这时的中日关系却以微妙的方式发展着。日本政府在中国积极推行巩固“满洲国”权益、分离华北和内蒙、打击抗日势力、拉拢和威逼国民党政府投降的外交政策。对此,国民党蒋介石政府奉行“攘外必先安内”的妥协退让政策,使中国的权益不断受损。中共领导的红军却在国民党军队的围、追、堵、截面前,提出了一系列坚决抗日的决策及声明,表明了鲜明的抗日态度,代表了广大中国人民的意志,是当时中国对日政策的重要组成部分。

On Japanese Policy to China in the Long March and Chinese Communist Party's Anti-Japanese Decision and Declaration

From Oct.10,1934 to Oct.10,1936,under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party,the Red Army started the Long March in succession.However,at this time the relationship between China and Japan was developing delicately.Japanese government pushed forward the external policy of strengthening Japan's rights of and interests in "Man Kingdom",breaking up North China and Inner Mongolia, taking strong measures against anti-Japanese force,alternating intimidation and bribery to the National Party government.And Jiang Jieshi's government pursued a compromising and yielding policy that "stabilizing the civil situation goes ahead of the resisting foreign aggression," which decreased China's benefits.However,the Red Army advanced a series of anti-Japanese decisions and declarations while they were pursued,attacked and intercepted by the National Party army,which showed the Red Army's distinct attitude to resisting Japanese aggression.The Red Army's decisions and declarations represented the will of the mass of Chinese,which made up an important part of Chinese foreign policy.
