摘    要:本文利用离子选择电极法测定了25℃,Ⅰ=0.1时,钢(Ⅱ)-甘氨酸配合物在纯水及8.0%,16.3%,25.0%,34.2%,43.8%叔丁醇或异丙醇+水混合溶剂中的一级稳定常数,计算了配位反应的自由能变化及该配位反应从纯水到上述各混合溶剂的转移自由能。实验结果表明:随着混合溶剂中有机组分的加入,配合物更趋于稳定.

Abstract:The first stability constants of Cu(Ⅱ)-glycine complex in water and in 8.0%,16.3%,25.0%,34.2%,43.8%(w/w)t-butyl alcohol(TBA)or isopropyl alcohol (IPA)+ watermixed solvents have been determined by ISE method at 25℃and I=0.1.The free cnergies for complex re-action in the respcctive solvents and the tranfer free energies for complex reaction from water to a series ofmixed solvents have been calculated.It has been shown that stability of the complex incrcases with in-creasing TBA or IPA content in mixed solvents.
