| 摘 要： | 通过对软件维护过程进行详细的描述，将软件维护过程定义成一系列相关活动的集合，然后对支持这些活动所需或产生的信息进行抽取、整理、归纳，形成信息模型，并确定出产生和使用这些信息需要的工具。信息和工具合在一起形成软件维护的基础，而实现信息模型和工具，即可以支持各种维护活动。
