| 摘 要： | 山西的煤炭能源在为国家作出贡献的同时，一方面大力支持了山西改革开放和经济建设，另一方面也使山西付出了沉重的代价。通过对煤炭开采环境成本的分析，提出了山西省产业结构的调整建议。

| Abstract: | The coal resource in Shanxi has contributed to national and economy of ShanXi, meanwhile it has made ShanXi province payout tremendous costs .In this paper we would analyze the formation of environment costs of coal exploiting, and then puts forward some idea and suggestion about how to adjust industrial structure in ShanXi. |
