| 摘 要： | 我国目前砖混房屋顶层墙体出现的裂缝问题主要由荷载、温度变化及不均匀沉降等几种原因引起。设计人员必须严格按规范进行设计,施工人员认真抓好施工中每一个环节,把好质量关、材料关并注重施工程序和特殊部位的构造处理。

| Abstract: | In China, the forming reasons of the wall cracks in the top layers of the brick and reinforced houses are, the overloading, changes of the temperature, uneven subside, etc. The designers should do their work strictly according to the standard, and the constructors must seriously pay attention to each detail and stressed on the key points as quality, materials, building programs and structure-dealing of the special parts. |
