| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨外侧张力带钢丝内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效.方法:采用外侧张力带钢丝内固定方法治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折55例,术后进行了8个月～36个月,平均24个月随访.结果:根据李氏临床功能评定标准进行疗效评定,其中优46例,良5例,可4例.结论:外侧张力带钢丝内固定是治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的理想方法,具有操作容易、固定牢靠、可早期活动、不需特别设备等优点,适合基层医院开展.

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze curative effect of kids' supracondylar fracture of the humerus with lateral tension band with internal steel wire fixation.Methods: 55 patients are treated by using lateral tension band with internal steel wire fixation.The operation lasted from 8 to 36 months,and follow-up care is provided on an average of 24 months.Results: According to LiShi's clinical curative effective standards,46 cases got best recovery,5 got better recovery and 4 got good recovery.Conclusion: It is an ideal way to use lateral tension band with internal steel wire fixation to treat kids' supracondylar fracture of the humerus.It is suitable for grass-roots level hospital to carry out the treatment with its easy operation,firm fixation,early activity and no need of particular equipment. |
