| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义改革实践的不断深入和发展，民营经济作为一支有生力量，其发展已被纳入国民经济发展的总体战略。但是由于历史的、社会的各种客观因素，目前民营企业还面临着观念、人才、民营科技立法、金融和税收等诸多问题。本文从民营企业人员管理的现状出发，在分析困境的基础上，提出了完善法规体系、人才资源的柔性流动、民营企业的留人之道等对策。
