摘    要:采用索氏提取法提取五味子中油脂,取样10.0 g提取6 h,得油率为7.91%.对五味子油中脂肪酸进行甲酯化处理后用GC-MS联用仪进行脂肪酸组成分析.结果表明,五味子油中含有8种脂肪酸,其中十八碳二烯酸含量最高达93.30%,其次为十八碳烯酸,含量为4.02%.

Abstract:The oil from Schisandra chinensis was extracted by Soxhlet extraction.The oil yield was 7.91% by extracting 10.0 g sample for 6 h.The fatty acids in the oil were analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that there were eight kinds of fatty acids in the oil,and the content of octadecadienoic acid was the highest,reached 93.30%,the second one was octadecenoic acid as 4.02%.
