振动颚式破碎机振动冲击过程的动力学分析

摘    要:首次对振动颚式破碎机振动冲击过程进行了分析计算,推导了动颖振动冲击频率、振幅、冲击速度和冲击能量与机械、振动参数的关系,并对弹簧受力、轴承受力、动颚撞击中心以及驱动功率等进行了分析,得到了相应的表达式。有关动力学公式具有递推性,便于编制计算机程序,因此,对于振动颚式破碎机的动力学仿真计算,选择与优化机械振动设计参数或预估玻碎性能均具有理论指导意义和实用价值。

Abstract:he dynamic analyses and deductions of the vibration- impulse process ofthe vibration jaw crusher are carried out, and the relations among the jaw plate vibration-impulse frequency, amplitude, impulse velocity, impulse energy and mechanical structure, vibration parameters are obtained for the first time. This paper analyses the forcesacting on springs, bearings as well as impact center, driving power and gives the corresponding expressions. The dynamic formulas obtained arerecurrent which can be easilycomputerized and have the theoretical directing meaning and practical value for simulatingthe dynamic process of the vibration jaw crusher, choosing and optimizing the vibrationjaw crusher structure parameters and the vibration-- design parameters or pridicting thecrusher's performance.
