| 摘 要： | 组织过程策略优化是依据组织的使命和资源能力约束建立组织的最佳行动过程。以联合战役为背景对基于效果的组织过程策略优化方法进行了案例分析，并对最佳策略搜索的不同方法进行了比较，通过案例的求解结果分析了基于效果的过程策略优化方法的可行性。

| Abstract: | Designing organizational process is to select the best course of action (COA), which is under the organization mission and organizational resources capability constraints. The methodology of optimizing strategies of organizational processes was illuminated by joint landing campaign, and several approaches to search the best strategy were compared. Feasibility of the methodology was analyzed through the results from solutions of the case. |
