| Abstract: | There are the positive and benign relations between technical progress and environment benefit. The poorer the economic benefit of enterprise, the fast the speed of the increase of enterprise benefit caused by the reduction of variable cost of the product and the increase of unit selling price of the product owing to technical progress. Those enterprises, the benefit of which is poorer, should make greater efforts to quickening their step of technical progress. |
