Enhancing the construction of political work's equipment in army

Some actual problems must be considered in our army s construction of political workrs equipment, such as studying much of theory but lack of equipment, much of operating and using but lack of management, much of functional requirement but lack of practical satisfaction. We should pay much attention to understanding its great significance, perfecting its function and structure, and en- hancing its practical studying, in order to insure the construction of political workrs equipment to the benefit of expanding functions and missions, getting operations and supporting more efficiently.
