| 摘 要： | 为了规范海军新型舰船修理价格管理工作,提高舰船维修管理费使用效益,针对现有舰船修理价格管理模式存在的不足,从遵循舰船修理价格形成机制的角度,提出了分阶段报审价,以及定期调整修理价格的管理模式,并重点对新型舰船首次等级修理前的报价工作进行了规范。 |

| Abstract: | For standardizing naval new ship repair price management work and improving the use benefit of ship maintenance cost, a repair management mode of quoting and auditing in phase and periodic repair price adjusting is presented by following ship repair price forming mechanism, which aims at overcoming the shortcomings of the existing ship repair price management mode. In addition, the quoting before ship first grade repair is standardized heavily in this paper. |
