思想政治工作学的科学性释疑——兼论构建一种人本政工学的可能

思想政治工作学的科学性在某些人那里存在疑问的原因，在于其衡量标准是一种以决定论和还原论为基础的狭义科学现，这种科学有较多工具价值而较少人文关怀。马克思在对旧唯物主义和黑格尔哲学的批判中已经提出了一种融自然科学和人文科学于一体的新的科学观，它是“包含人在内的自然科学”，也是“包含自然科学的人的科学”，是科学作为人学的真正实现。思想政治工作学的科学性应该从这种新的科学观中去理解，由此也给我们构建一种新的人本政工学提供了依据。

Explanation for scientificity of the ideological and political work

The reason why the lore of ideological and political work can not achieve the stand of strict science is that the strict science is considered to be a kind of knowledge based on determinism and re- ductionism. It pays more attention to peoplers uses rather than the people themselves. Through the criticism of Old Materialism and Hegelianism, Karl Max put forward a new view of science with natu- ral science and humanities integrating together. As the full-blown human science, it contains and transcends the natural science. Only in the meaning of Karl Max＇s new science can the scientificity of the ideological and political work be understood. At last the clarity of the scientificity of ideological and political work also suggests constructing a new kind of subject that we can denominate it as the People First Ideological and Political Work.
