| 摘 要： | 传统知识议题已成为国际生物多样性和知识产权保护论坛的重要热点议题，在国内也受到相关部门的高度关注．本文划分了与生物多样性相关的传统知识的五个范畴，首次阐明传统知识的具体概念；进而介绍和分析了《生物多样性公约》等国际论坛在传统知识议题方面的谈判进展；并针对中国在传统知识保护方面存在的问题，提出今后一段时期传统知识保护的战略、阶段目标和行动措施．

| Abstract: | Traditional Knowledge （TK） has become a hotspot issue in international forums of biodiversity and intellectual property. It has also got great attention from related sectors in national level. In this paper, the five categories and concrete concepts of TK associated biodiversity were firstly classified. Furthermore, the negotiation progress on TK issue under Convention on Biological Diversity and other international forums were introduced and analyzed. In addition, based on the analysis for existing problems in TK protection in China, the national strategy, periodic targets and action tasks for TK protection in the next 12 years were proposed. |
