| 摘 要： | 山西煤炭经济发展带动了整个山西经济发展,为全国经济发展、社会发展提供了巨大的能源支撑。但是,体制、政策等深层次矛盾的日益突出,已严重制约着山西煤炭经济的发展。山西必须花大力气实现煤炭工业转型,使煤炭工业经济进一步可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The development of Shanxi＇s coal-based economy,which has driven the development of Shanxi＇s economy,provides huge energy support for national economic and social development.However,the deep-rooted conflicts in the system,policy and other aspects are more and more obvious,which has seriously restrict the development of Shanxi＇s coal-based economy.Shanxi Province must devote great efforts to realizing the transformation of coal industry and make the coal-based economy get further sustainable development. |
