创建高校教师文化刍议

影响教师文化的因素是多层次、多方面的，从民族文化传统的渐染到教育思想的熏陶，从国家教育政策的交化到学校制度和校领导的改变等，诸多因素的变化都会引起教师文化发生不同程度的变革。从高校教育者与学校互动的视角来看，以下路经将有利于优秀教师文化的创建：创新管理思想，深化教学改革，完善考核制度；尊重学术自由，营造良好的学术氛围，建设先进的学科文化；广建团体，增加教师平时的学习和文化活动，广辟途径。提高广大教师的文化素养；拓展交流渠道，创建优秀的网络文化。

On Building Teachers' Culture in the Institutions of Higher Learning

Teachers' culture is affected by various factors,at different levels,in many aspects,ranging from the gradual infection by the cultural conventions of the nation,edification of educational ideologies and the varied state educational policies,to the changes of school system and the replacement of a princi-pal.Teachers' culture varies to a large or small degree.From the perspective of the interaction between higher education and universities(colleges),the following approaches will facilitate in building excellent teachers' culture: to create new ideologies in administration,deepen the reform in teaching practice,im-prove the evaluation system,value academic freedom and create a favorable academic climate,establish ad-vanced course culture,and set up more academic teams and advocate more teachers' learning and enter-tainment activities,improve teachers' cultural qualification and create more channels for communication and excellent on-line culture.
