| 摘 要： | 如何实现由专科教育向本科教育的跨越，尽快把学校建设成为合格的本科院校，这是摆在由专科教育层次学校组建成立的新的本科院校面前迫切要解决的问题。本文认为应该从强化本科意识，提升教师水平、提高教学质量、加强科学研究等四个方面着手，采取措施，加速建设，实现跨越，打造合格本科院校。
