| Abstract: | Occupation guidance has played an important role in improving higher vocational graduates＇ employment competitiveness. The effective ways to enhance the graduates＇ employment competitiveness are as the following： paying attention to the systematic construction of occupation guidance, encouraging professional teachers to participate in the work, depending on the skills competition and activities of student associations and making full use of social resources. |
