| 摘 要： | 新加坡职业教育实践中,师资队伍建设方面取得了值得肯定的成效.透过国际视野对其师资队伍建设所尝试的做法和积累的经验进行探究,并结合我国高职教育的实际,提出高职院校加强师资队伍建设要构建有力的建设体系、彰显高职特色建设工程的建议.

| Abstract: | Singapore vocational education practice has been recognized achievements in the construction of teaching staff. From the international perspective, this paper explores the practice and accumulated experience of the construction of teaching staff. Combined with the actual conditions of higher vocational education in China, it puts forward the suggestions of building a strong constructing system and showing the higher vocational features to strengthen the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. |
