高职院校学风建设系统机制探究

学风是一所大学的灵魂,优良的学风是大学培养合格人才的必要保障.贯彻以生为本思想,基于高职生的特点,结合对广东省几所高职院校学风现状调研发现的问题,以激发学生学习动机为先导,以培养高职生成长成才为目标,从顶层设计开始进行大学文化建设,形成一套建设优良学风的系统机制,对于培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,推动解决高职院校教育发展中存在的问题具有重要的作用.

Exploration of Systematic Mechanism of Study Style Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

The study style is the spirit of a university, and the excellent style of study is the necessary guarantee of cultivating qualified talents. Through implementing the student-centered idea, based on the characteristics of higher vocational students and combining the problems found in the investigation of current study style in several higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province, the paper establishes a set of systematic mechanism of constructing excellent style of study. It takes stimulating students＇ study motivation as the guidance, cultivating higher vocational students into talents as the aim to construct university culture from top-level design. It plays an important part in cultivating and implementing socialist core values and helps to solve the existing problems during the development of higher vocational education.
