| 摘 要： | 全生命周期管理理论作为现代先进的管理方式,在各类建设项目中发挥着重要的作用.针对目前高职院校实训基地建设要求,提出项目生命周期框架模型和相应的工作流程,探讨将项目生命周期管理和质量管理手段应用于具体建设项目的有效途径,以促进高职院校实训基地的内涵建设.

| Abstract: | Life cycle management, as one of the advanced management methods, plays an important role in various projects manage- ment. According to the requirements of practice training base construction in higher vocational colleges, the framework model of project life cycle management and the corresponding work flow are proposed. Effective ways are studied to apply project life cycle management and quality management to concrete constructing projects in order to promote the connotative construction of practice training base in higher vocational colleges. |
