高职学生非正式学习共同体的建构研究

摘    要:高等职业教育已进入内涵建设的时期,全面发展学生、提高学生的职业能力和可持续发展能力成为高职教育突破的重点。以学生学会学习为目的,适应社会发展和实现职业生涯规划为目标,通过基于网络技术、社交活动、准职业化的非正式学习形式,建构学习共同体,破解目前高职学生的学习困境,促进高职教育教学模式优化的思路革新。

Abstract:The higher vocational education has entered the era of connotation construction. All-round development of students and improvement of their occupation ability and sustainable development ability have become the focus of a breakthrough in higher vocational education. Learning community is constructed with the students aiming at learning how to learn, adapting to the social development and the implementation of occupation career planning, through the network technology, social activities and informal learning form of quasi occupation of higher vocational students. It can break the current higher vocational students learning difficulties, and promote the innovative idea of optimized teaching model of higher vocational education
