| 摘 要： | 依托行业和企业办学走校企合作之路是高职教育改革与发展的方向，校企合作活动使得高职院校业务范围不断扩大，承担风险也随之增大，如何有效地减少校企合作中的风险是校企合作工作顺利开展的关键所在。在借鉴内部控制的理念和原则基础上，提出优化校企合作业务流程，加强对校企合作的管理和控制，促进校企合作工作的制度化规范化等管理对策。

| Abstract: | Running a school relying on industry and enterprise, and taking the path of school-enterprise cooperation is the direction of the reform and development of higher vocational education. With school-enterprise cooperation activities the business scope of higher vocational college expands constantly, so does the risk undertaking. How to reduce the risk effectively becomes the key to carrying out school-enterprise cooperation smoothly. The article, in view of the idea and principle of internal control, explores the management measures of optimizing school-enterprise cooperation process, strengthening the management and control of school-enterprise cooperation and promoting the institutionalization and normalization of school- enterprise cooperation. |
