摘    要:针对当前低轨卫星通信系统在移动性管理仿真方面的空白,以铱星星座为参照,基于OPNET设计了一个低轨卫星移动性管理仿真平台.针对低轨卫星的运行特点,从工程实现的角度设计了一套基于接收信号强度测量的硬切换方案,包括星间切换和波束间切换的信令流程.仿真结果表明,该平台能够正确模拟低轨卫星通信系统的工作状态,在不同条件下对卫星通信和切换质量进行对比并输出相关数据参数,为低轨卫星通信系统的研究开发工作提供参考和指导.

Abstract:Aiming at the current gap in the mobility management simulation of low earth orbit (LEO) satellite communication systems, based on the Iridium constellation, a LEO satellite mobility management simulation platform is designed based on OPNET. Aiming at the operating characteristics of LEO satellite, a set of hard handover schemes based on the measurement of received signal strength are designed from the perspective of engineering realization, including signaling procedures for inter-satellite handover and inter-beam handover. The simulation results indicate that the platform can accurately simulate the working status of the LEO satellite communication system, compare the quality in satellite communication and handover under different conditions, and output related data parameters. The simulation platform can provide reference and guidance for the research and development work of the LEO satellite communication system.
