螺栓连接预制装配剪力墙抗震性能试验

摘    要:为了进一步提高装配剪力墙施工效率和结构整体性,提出一种螺栓连接全装配剪力墙及两端边缘构件现浇的半预制装配剪力墙。分别制作了采用螺栓通长连接的全装配一字RC剪力墙、部分采用螺栓连接的半装配剪力墙与现浇剪力墙,进行了低周往复加载拟静力试验,研究并揭示了新型预制剪力墙的工作机理,比较了三类剪力墙性能特点与抗震性能指标的差异。研究结果表明,全装配墙和半装配墙拥有良好的抗震性能,耗能能力全装配墙强于半装配墙强于现浇墙。由于连接钢框的强化作用,全装配墙和半装配墙的延性指标和刚度退化指标略优于对应现浇结构。两端边缘构件现浇可以有效限制加载后期全装配剪力墙连接钢框间的水平侧向滑移,但对竖向滑移的限制效果有限。这一切表明提出的全/半预制装配剪力墙都具有较好的整体性和抗震性能,半装配剪力墙各方面性能更接近现浇,性价比更高。

Abstract:In order to improve the construction efficiency and structural integrity of the precast shear wall structure, a fully assembled shear wall with bolted connection and a semi-assembled shear wall with bolted connection in the middle and cast-in-place in edge members are proposed in this paper. Three pieces of shear wall specimens were produced, that is, fully assembled, semi-assembled, and cast-in-situ. The seismic performance characteristics of these two types of precast shear walls were studied through quasi-static testing. The test results show that the fully assembled wall and the semi-assembled wall have good seismic performance, and the energy consumption capacity of the fully assembled wall is stronger than the semi-assembled wall and the cast-in-situ wall. Due to the strengthening effect of connecting steel frame, the ductility index and stiffness degradation index of fully assembled wall and semi-assembled wall are slightly better than the corresponding cast-in-place structure. In addition, the cast-in-place edge members at both ends can limit this horizontal lateral slippage, however, as for the vertical slippage, the effect is rather limited. This indicates that both fully assembled and semi-assembled shear wall have good integrity and seismic performance, and the semi-assembled shear walls are closer to cast-in-place in all aspects, which is a more cost-effective plan.
