考虑漏磁和铁心磁场分布的磁路仿真

摘    要:本文在三维有限元仿真接触器吸合过程动态仿真的基础上,进行磁路模型构建,综合考虑了铁心磁阻、铁心漏磁及铁心磁场分布不均匀等特性,通过对三维仿真中漏磁磁力线和铁心中磁密的分布进行分析,将漏磁分为铁心内部漏磁和外部线圈漏磁,并利用安培环路定理分析铁心中的磁密分布。通过对三维仿真结果和磁路模型仿真结果及实验进行了对比,验证了该模型的可行性,大大缩短了仿真时间和参数化仿真效率,为后续的的电磁系统优化设计打下了基础。

Abstract:In this paper, the magnetic circuit model is constructed, and the characteristics of core magnetoresistance, core magnetic flux leakage and core magnetic field distribution are comprehensively considered based on the 3d finite element simulation of the dynamic simulation of the contactor suction process.By analyzing the distribution of magnetic field lines and magnetic density in the core in 3d simulation, magnetic flux leakage is divided into internal flux leakage and external coil flux leakage, and the distribution of magnetic density in the core is analyzed by using ampere loop theorem.By comparing the 3d simulation results with the magnetic circuit model simulation results and experiments, the feasibility of the model was verified, which greatly reduces the simulation time and parametric simulation efficiency, and lays a foundation for the subsequent optimization design of electromagnetic system.
