| Abstract: | Summary InDrosophila melanogaster, excessive diet of glutamic acid (1.5 g/100 food) at low environmental temperature (15–18°C) causes an increase of the free amino acid level (11%) and concentration of DNA (61%), while the concentration of RNA remains constant. |
